This role sits at the intersection of technology, procurement, and strategic vendor management within a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of external development and technology partnerships, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and commercial outcomes. Acting as a key enabler of delivery excellence, you will manage relationships with software development partners, AI and blockchain specialists, and other technology service providers. The position requires a strong mix of commercial acumen and technical understanding to evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of outsourced initiatives. This is a highly strategic role where your decisions directly impact product delivery speed, quality, and scalability across global technology initiatives.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage end-to-end vendor sourcing, procurement processes, and strategic supplier relationships to support technology delivery and optimization.

  • Coordinate the onboarding, evaluation, and continuous management of development and technology vendors
  • Maintain a structured vendor database and performance tracking system
  • Monitor supplier performance in collaboration with technical and product stakeholders
  • Lead procurement processes from requirements gathering to contract negotiation and award
  • Collaborate with legal teams to define SLAs, NDAs, and service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including IP, data protection, and software standards
  • Manage vendor budgets, purchase orders, and invoice workflows
  • Support forecasting, cost optimization, and financial tracking across vendors
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation and strategic supplier partnerships
  • Translate technical needs into vendor scopes in collaboration with engineering and product teams
  • Support vendor selection, escalation management, and issue resolution
  • Conduct vendor mapping, capability assessments, and due diligence for new partners
  • Contribute to make-or-buy decisions and outsourcing strategy development
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in procurement, vendor management, and technology-driven environments, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within a technology environment
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and outsourced delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage vendor ecosystems in fast-paced or high-growth organizations
  • Experience negotiating contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements
  • Strong financial and analytical skills for budgeting and cost optimization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and legal teams
  • Familiarity with AI, blockchain, or digital asset ecosystems is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
