About This Position

Complete administrative support, data entry, and general office duties as assigned in support of the Financial
Empowerment Center.
 Perform filing, copying, binding, scanning, document preparation, and records management functions.
 Support operational requirements by coordinating administrative projects, tracking assignments, and helping expedite
work results.
 Use Microsoft 365 proficiently, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, to maintain records, manage
calendars, prepare reports, and support daily operations.
Data Management & Reporting:
 Manage and maintain accurate client, program, and operational data to support data integrity, statistical efficiency, and
timely reporting.
 Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that reflect Financial Empowerment Center activity and outcomes for leadership
review.
 Generate multiple program data reports monthly and maintain organized documentation to support reporting accuracy
and compliance.
Client Coordination & Program Support:
 Serve as a liaison between clients and the Financial Empowerment Center by answering phone calls, responding to
inquiries, and supporting visitors professionally.
 Coordinate scheduling assistance for clients interested in the Financial Empowerment Center program, including
appointments, meetings, and related communications.
 Coordinate marketing and outreach support efforts that promote the program and help maintain a community partner
referral pipeline.
 Maintain confidentiality and perform cross-functional support and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business, Administration, Data Management, or a
related field preferred.
 One (1) to two (2) years of experience in administrative support, data entry, reporting, client services, or program
coordination preferred.
 Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
 Strong data entry accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
 Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and support operational priorities.
 Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and community partners.
 Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training.
 Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
