- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Proven experience managing teams, including hiring and training staff.
- Strong skills in budget development and resource allocation.
- Ability to analyze systems needs and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior management.
