You will lead brand storytelling, campaign strategy, and full-funnel marketing execution for a fast-growing, mission-driven e-commerce brand focused on redefining confidence and representation in its category. The role blends creativity, strategy, and performance marketing, requiring a leader who can translate customer insights into powerful narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You will oversee cross-functional go-to-market execution, ensuring consistency across campaigns, content, social, and community touchpoints. - Lead the development and execution of integrated brand and marketing strategies that strengthen awareness, customer engagement, and brand positioning across all channels.
- Define and evolve brand storytelling, ensuring a consistent and culturally relevant voice across campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
- Own the integrated marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives from concept through performance analysis.
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and data signals into compelling creative strategies that drive acquisition and loyalty.
- Partner closely with Creative, Product, Ecommerce, and Growth teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and messaging alignment.
- Oversee content strategy across owned and earned channels, including social media, blogs, and community-driven initiatives.
- Lead PR, partnerships, and influencer/UGC strategies to expand brand reach and cultural relevance.
- Establish and track KPIs across brand, content, and campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, social, and community functions.
- Drive operational excellence across marketing workflows, ensuring alignment between creative vision and commercial objectives.
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or growth marketing within fast-growing consumer or e-commerce brands.
- Strong background in apparel, fashion, or digitally native consumer brands is required.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end marketing campaigns that balance creativity, brand storytelling, and commercial performance.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
- Strong creative storytelling ability, both visual and verbal, with a deep understanding of brand building.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Comfortable operating in founder-led or high-growth startup settings with evolving priorities.
