Customer Account Manager

This role is focused on driving strategic customer relationships and revenue growth within enterprise accounts through a consultative, value-driven sales approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them leverage automation solutions to support digital and business transformation initiatives. The position combines new business development with account expansion, requiring a strong ability to identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and close complex deals. You will work closely with internal teams across pre-sales, delivery, and finance to ensure seamless client engagement and successful outcomes. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full account lifecycle while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and long-term partnership value. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, focusing on both new business acquisition and expansion within existing client portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and transformation goals to position tailored automation and digital solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams such as pre-sales, delivery, and finance to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support revenue objectives and strategic planning.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve issues and drive success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B and software sales, with a strong track record in account management and revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence customer decision-making in enterprise environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into solution-based opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and dynamic requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
