Member Services Representative (Full-Time)

As a Member Services Representative, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
• Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services
• Open and maintain member accounts, including remote account assistance
• Process and disburse member loans
• Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
• Support members with online banking and general account access
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures
• Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry

Experience

• 1–3 years of customer service, banking, cash handling, or related experience preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional communication and confidentiality
• Proficiency with computers and ten-key calculators
• Ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions
