This role sits at the center of procurement strategy, driving sourcing excellence across technology spend and enterprise-wide purchasing needs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, IT, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions to define requirements, anticipate demand, and execute high-impact sourcing strategies. The position plays a key role in supplier engagement, negotiations, and contract management, ensuring optimal value, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where collaboration, commercial insight, and structured execution are essential. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will influence purchasing decisions while maintaining strong alignment between business needs and supplier capabilities. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on operational efficiency and spend optimization.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing needs for assigned departments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and budget expectations
- Partner with department leaders and Finance to forecast, plan, and anticipate procurement requirements
- Develop detailed scopes of work and service specifications in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Lead supplier engagement, including vendor due diligence, competitive sourcing, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate closely with IT and relevant teams on technology-related procurement and solution selection
- Build financial models and award scenarios to support negotiation strategies and decision-making
- Oversee procurement workflows including purchase requests, legal contracting, and compliance/security reviews
- Manage deal pipelines, track timelines, and coordinate prioritization with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams
- Support strategic spend initiatives focused on savings, efficiency, risk reduction, and supplier consolidation
- 8+ years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, or supplier management in fast-paced environments
- Strong background in contract negotiation, drafting, and vendor management at senior stakeholder level
- Proven ability to drive cost optimization and procurement process improvements
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, IT, and business leaders
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support sourcing decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Competitive compensation package with an annual base salary range of approximately $169,000–$245,000 USD (location-dependent)
