This role sits within a fast-paced e-commerce agency environment focused on helping global brands succeed on Amazon and other digital marketplaces. You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across multiple product categories and industries. The position requires strong creative execution combined with an understanding of performance-driven design in e-commerce contexts. You will collaborate closely with marketing, account, and strategy teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling. This is a highly dynamic role where adaptability, speed, and attention to detail are essential. You will also have opportunities to contribute to design standards and mentor junior creatives while working on global brand portfolios.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, performance-driven creative assets while ensuring brand consistency and meeting tight e-commerce deadlines.

• Design visually compelling digital assets for Amazon listings, e-commerce campaigns, and marketplace branding
• Create designs optimized for multiple platforms and screen sizes, including desktop and mobile environments
• Apply strong principles of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy to improve conversion-focused design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand and performance goals into effective creative outputs
• Iterate designs based on feedback, performance insights, and marketplace requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
• Support and guide junior designers when required, contributing to team growth and design quality standards
• Adapt creative style across diverse industries and brand identities while maintaining consistency and excellence

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and highly skilled designer with strong e-commerce experience, particularly in Amazon marketplace design, and a passion for performance-driven creativity.

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, including at least 2+ years in an agency environment
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing for Amazon or e-commerce platforms
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and color theory
• Proven experience designing for multiple digital formats and screen sizes
• Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce, marketplace, or digital advertising design work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret feedback effectively
• Attention to detail combined with strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Amazon design guidelines and best practices (preferred)
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
