Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, migration, security, and support of both our on-premises and cloud-based services. The candidate will collaborate with senior IT and executive staff on all security and cloud-based initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance configurations across Intune, Entra ID, and related services.
- Serve as Tier 2 / escalation support for complex and high-impact technical issues.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online environments.
- Develop and enforce device, application, and configuration policies through Intune and Entra ID.
- Manage data governance, classification, discovery, and protection using Microsoft Purview tools.
- Implement and manage modern authentication standards including FIDO2, passkeys, and Conditional Access policies.
- Ensure alignment with organizational IT standards, policies, and security baselines.
- Maintain and publish clear, detailed documentation for configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
- Contribute to continuous security hardening and improvement of Microsoft Secure Score.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
- 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, and automation.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices especially NIST-CSF.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to migration projects (AD → Entra ID, SMB → SharePoint).
- Familiar with migration to phish resistant MFA technologies, passkeys/FIDO2.
- Experience with SAML / OAuth2 / FIDO2 / Passkey authentication and Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with NIST CSF controls.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- CompTIA (Sec+, CySA, Cloud+)
- Microsoft (MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104)
