Operational Contract Manager at Aspen Medical – Havana, Florida

JOB AD: Operational Contract Manager
Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Operational Contract Managers to partner with us in providing medical services to UN sponsored Kenyan Peacekeepers at a field hospital in Port Au Prince, Haiti. This will be a deployed, rotational contract offering various rotational deployment cycles.
The team will be based in a secure, purpose-built camp and hospital facility in Port au Prince, Haiti, and all service delivery requirements will be conducted within the confines of that facility.
Aspen Medical will provide a Level 2 Field Hospital with EMS, Pre-Hospital Care, Surgical, Diagnostic and Laboratory, and other ancillary services.
Qualification Requirements

• Have proven medical planning experience.
• Be fluent in English to ensure accurate delivery of the care pathway.
• Have proven medical planning experience and a good understanding of emergency medical response/massive casualty incident response/medical evacuation and medical operational support concepts.

Duty Obligations

• Oversee the initial deployment and subsequent deployment of Contractor staff and equipment.
• Perform as a 24/7 focal point for all medical requests to the Contractor and coordinate and be accountable for the performance of the Contractor overall deployment.
• Provide status reports and planning assistance as required.
• Ensure all contractual arrangements are fully complied with.
• Maintain written records of all business transactions and patient services rendered by the Contractor

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and/or French is highly desired.
• A secondary language is preferred.

This position will be a 1099 contractor, with a fixed daily rate while on rotation. You will not receive pay while off rotation.
