- Summer hours (April 15 to October 15): Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Winter hours (October 15 to April 15): Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

About the RoleThe Administrative Services Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees, suppliers, and visitors. This key role supports the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative assistance, coordinating activities, and ensuring clear and effective communication.
The position includes responsibilities related to reception and front desk support, administrative and event coordination, office logistics, and Human Resources support.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception and Front Desk SupportWelcome and direct visitors, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and common spaces
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings
Plan and organize logistics for internal social events
Ensure a positive and professional experience for employees and visitors
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Order and manage office supplies (stationery, equipment, furniture, etc.)
Manage the uniform room: place orders, monitor inventory, and oversee distribution
Maintain accurate records of uniform inventory and distribution
Set up and distribute mobile phones to team members
Perform other general administrative duties as required
High school diploma (DES) or equivalent
Bilingual in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
