Our cooks are responsible for following HACCP Regulations when preparing our food for airline customers based upon established customer specifications.

• 4 years cooking skills in the kitchen
• Ability to work in a cold environment weekly
• Strong sanitation skills, HACCP knowledge
• Strong adherence to production and recipe standards
• On time, alert, and properly uniformed when scheduled to be at work
• Careful and conscientious in the performance of duties
• Interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly with customer, management, and fellow employees
• Experience in a high volume kitchen
• Ability to speak, read and write English
• Good attendance and performance records
• Ability to handle high-pressure decision making and time constraints
