Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, oversees daily operation of the program consistent with administrative, programmatic, and clinical policies of Community Healthlink, Inc., and applicable external funding sources and regulatory bodies.
Job Description
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Supports daily program operations and maintains a presence in the milieu; facilitates groups and activities as needed.
2. Provides program oversight in the Program Supervisor’s absence.
3. Manages staff schedules to ensure required coverage and efficient use of resources.
4. Facilitates staff meetings as directed.
5. Oversees staff training, onboarding, and documentation requirements.
II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. High School Diploma.
Preferred:
1. Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. Experience in a behavioral health, substance use disorder, or direct care environment.
2. Supervisory or team leadership experience.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
1. Familiarity with program operations, documentation, and budget monitoring.
2. Flexibility to work variable schedules to support 24/7 programming.
III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.
