Looking for a skilled, hands-on maintenance role where your expertise keeps production running safely and efficiently? We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Aseptic) to support plant and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120V-480V)
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify required parts, and coordinate repairs or replacements
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assigned work orders
• Assist with installation, setup, and testing of new or modified production equipment
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders accurately
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance with minimal operational impact
• Follow all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and housekeeping/5S standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120VAC-480VAC)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or climbing
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience in food & beverage or other high-speed manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
