You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to elevate customer experiences and contribute to our partner's mission of scalable growth.Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
- Own team forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting for predictable performance against NRR goals
- Build and refine operating rhythms for the team, including 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance management
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop and execute segment and whitespace strategies
- Drive deal strategy and execution, including proposal development, negotiation guidance, and expansion planning
- Create and standardize tools and templates for customer engagement
- Serve as a senior escalation point for strategic accounts and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Hire, onboard, and grow talent within the Account Management organization
- Navigate organizational change, helping the team adapt as the company evolves
- Travel up to 20% of the time to support customer relationships
- 5+ years of total experience in Account Management and/or Customer Success
- 3+ years managing a team of account managers or existing business sellers
- Aptitude for technology and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders
- Experience managing a multimillion-dollar book of business
- Proven experience with international/global customers
- Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment
