We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst in India.This role provides the opportunity to ensure the highest standards of software quality across web and mobile platforms in a dynamic, Agile environment. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, developing and executing test cases, and integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure reliable, performant, and user-friendly software releases. The position requires strong technical expertise, independence, and attention to detail, enabling you to identify issues, drive improvements, and contribute to building a culture of excellence in quality assurance. This is an ideal role for professionals passionate about test automation, continuous improvement, and delivering robust software solutions.Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios in tools like Zephyr and Katalon to ensure full coverage of features and business requirements.
• Enhance and maintain automated testing suites using Selenium-Java and service automation scripts for REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integrate automation tools with CI/CD pipelines, including Azure, Wiremock, and Katalon.
• Perform manual and automated testing across QA, UAT, and production environments to validate deployments and system changes.
• Track and report issues using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and ensure closure.
• Review requirements and provide feedback on completeness, testability, and risk areas.
• Support and maintain development/test environments, including application configuration and build deployments.
• Collaborate with global teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in QA, including strong expertise in automation and manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, Katalon, and service automation for REST/SOAP services.
• Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and running test suites in parallel across multiple VMs and browsers.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, Maven, TestNG, Bitbucket/GitHub, Azure/AWS, and basic SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
