We are looking for a Scheduler to join our team and ensure our caregivers and clients stay connected with timely, reliable, and compassionate care. This role is essential to our operations and directly impacts the quality of service we deliver. About the Role As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating daily and weekly caregiver schedules, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Youll manage multiple priorities at once, handle urgent requests, and be the communication hub for caregivers and clients. This position requires excellent organization, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm and effective in a fastpaced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & CoordinationBuild and maintain caregiver schedules based on client needs and staff availability. Ensure shifts are filled quickly and accurately. Make realtime adjustments for cancellations, emergencies, or lastminute changes. CommunicationServe as the main contact for caregivers and clients regarding schedules. Communicate updates, changes, and confirmations promptly and clearly. Maintain positive, professional relationships with all parties. Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all schedules follow company policies and state regulations. Keep detailed and accurate records, caregiver assignments, and client preferences. Regularly update scheduling systems and databases. Problem-SolvingResolve scheduling conflicts efficiently. Respond to urgent staffing needs and develop quick solutions under pressure. Collaboration Work closely with the care team to align staff schedules with care plans. Support onboarding of new caregivers by integrating them into the schedule. Required Skills & QualificationsOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication. Problem-Solving: Fast, effective decisionmaking when issues arise. Technical Skills: Experience with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and general computer proficiency. Customer Service: Empathetic, patient, and professional when supporting clients and staff. Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in documentation and schedule management.
