New Haven is a nonprofit organization seeking dedicated individuals to support our Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) programs. This role provides community-based, in-home behavioral services to at-risk youth and their families.
- Serve clients throughout San Diego County, Southern Orange County, and Riverside County
- Provide individualized behavioral interventions in home and community settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and treatment teams to support youth success
This is an excellent part-time opportunity for MFT and MSW interns seeking clinical hours, as well as professionals with therapeutic backgrounds who have flexible availability.
Full-time positions with benefits are also available.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in a related field is required. Masters Degree is a plus.
- One year of experience working with children with serious emotional or behavioral challenges (preferred, but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adhere to agency documentation and attendance standards
- Demonstrated ability to counsel children and their families
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
- Clear criminal background check
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and electronic documentation systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
