About the role
Location: Kerava factory
Customer orders shipping and invoicing. Booking the transportations for the customer deliveries.
What your day might look like:
- Book freight for customer deliveries
- Inform the shipping details to the customer logistic partners
- Reply to the customers support requests
- Invoice customer deliveries
Your main responsibilities:
- Responsible for export shipping
- Shipping scheduling in co-operations with 3PL logistics partner and customers based on project/final customer demand
- Sales order invoicing
What we expect from you:
- Studies in Business, Engineering or Logistics or you are recently graduated
- Customer focus
- Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work systematically and good prioritization skills in a fast changing environment
- Open mind and eagerness to learn
