About This Position

Responsible for all store operations activities including receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting store transaction, maintaining records and compiles data from sources for entering information into JDE system to maintain inventory, shipping and other records. The main function is to perform daily operation in storage, requisitioning and disbursement of supplies and materials or handling shipping task.

Principal Responsibilities:

· Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained high level housekeeping.

· Controls the disbursement of supplies and material through directing the posting of inventory control cards or automated systems.

· Inspects items as to quality and quantity against incoming or outgoing documents.

· Resolves discrepancies in requisition by contacting vendors or requesters.

· Stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system and periodically checks stock against stock records and replenishment as per requirement.

· Counts, weights and measures goods received or issued.

· Establishes standards and methods for packaging and storing supplies and materials.

· To ensure all Store Daily Operation Inventory Transaction up-to-date and enters into ERP System.

· Carry out Monthly Cycle Count and bi-yearly stock check.

· Ensure Shop Floor Inventory proper control & record.

· Loading, unloading, shipping of finished goods and receiving warehouse items.

· Transporting materials, goods packed on pallets or in crates to different locations within the facility.

· Securing loads to machine before transportation.

· Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.

· Maintain material handling equipment by recharging, cleaning, oiling, refueling and other necessary actions, and record all information on log sheet.

· Adhering to safety management standards.

· Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by superior with proper instruction given.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words, etc

· Good organizational skills.

· Proficiency operating technical machinery and RF scanners.

  • High school or Diploma qualification is preferred.
  • 2 –3 years exposure in manufacturing industry is preferred.
