Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday Friday (Overtime and Emergency Service as required).
Project Scope: Commercial and Industrial (Offices, Hospitals, Warehouses).

You will join a high-performing field operations team dedicated to installing and troubleshooting sophisticated electrical systems across a variety of commercial environments. You will play a vital role in ensuring businesses remain operational by delivering safe, efficient, and NEC-compliant electrical solutions.
How You Will Make an ImpactInstall and maintain complex commercial electrical systems, including switchgear, panels, and three-phase power distribution.
Execute precision conduit bending and installation using EMT, rigid, and PVC materials across diverse job site conditions.
Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of lighting controls and backup generators.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complicated system failures to minimize client downtime and provide professional, long-lasting repairs.
Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades to meet strict project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Uphold rigorous safety standards by utilizing proper PPE and strictly following lockout/tagout procedures on every assignment.
Document project progress and technical issues clearly to ensure seamless communication between the field and the office.
2+ years of related experience in electrical installations, specifically within commercial or industrial sectors is preferred.
Proven ability to work reliably within a team or independently under strict construction schedules.
Technical proficiency in handling commercial-grade tools and materials in mechanical rooms and high-ceiling environments.
Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and standard job site safety protocols.
Physical capacity to work on ladders and lifts while handling equipment in various weather and site conditions.
Ability to travel up to projects across the local metro area.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience installing fire alarm and low-voltage systems in healthcare or retail settings.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and specialized technical training.
Demonstrated success in coordinating with general contractors and maintaining professional job site conduct.
