About This Position
The Program Administrative Assistant – Argentina performs administrative and coordination support to ensure the Argentina F-16 Pilot Training Program operates efficiently. This role focuses on task and resource management activities related to file management, communication, record management, and other administrative duties to support operational needs, program and contract requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the program manager with day-to-day program coordination, communication, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate tracking of project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables for all program related tasks within the program trackers.
- Compile program reports, dashboards, action items, and status updates for the program manager and team to assist in the timely delivery of contract requirements.
- Ensure program documentation, products, deliverables, etc. are standardized in language, formatting, etc. while maintaining compliance with company policy and contract requirements.
- Assistin the tracking of budgets, purchase requests,and resource allocation when needed.
- Assist in the monitoring of the Company’s resource management system to track individual requirements of operators assigned to the program to ensure compliance with contract requirements and coordinate or schedule training, as needed.
- Manage travel logistics (flight, ground transportation, accommodation, etc.) for the program team and assist with expense reporting as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for program administrative matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience supporting complex programs or projects within a corporate or government environment.
- Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions and judgements.
- Must possess strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
- Proficient in the English language with the ability to effectively communicate to both internal and external customers at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suiteand Adobe Acrobat.
- Must demonstrate safe and healthy work practices.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to travel within the US and Internationally.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Program Administrative Assistant in daily work performance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
- Must be able to obtain a CAC (Common Access Card) and not be barred from any installation.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or government environment.
- Experience working with program or project management departments or teams, preferred.
- Experience using MS Planner and Artificial Intelligence programs, a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer.
- Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with standard lighting, noise levels, and climate conditions.

SPECIAL WORK CONDITIONS
- This role is temporary from April 2026 through July 2026.
