About This Position
Job Title: Family Advocate
Job Summary: The Family Advocate will work in partnership with parents/ guardians/families to support positive growth in a strength-based family directed manner.
Job Qualification:
● High School diploma or GED
● 2-3 years of experience working with families in a social service, early childhood, or community-based setting is required
● Ability to obtain a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or a related field within 18 months of hire
Compensation: $18.98 - 32.61 Based on Education and Experience.
Benefits: State Health Insurance, State Pension, 100% Tuition covered for position related degrees, $500 sign-on/$500 Retention bonus, paid sick and annual leave.
