Chip Mill Utility at HIGHLAND PELLETS LLC – Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning duties throughout the chip mill facility.

• Remove debris and waste materials from production areas, equipment, and storage areas.

• Operate equipment to maintain standards.

• Assist with inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.

• Two years of heavy equipment experience.

• Must be able to complete written and field training for loader forklift skid steer and any other equipment that may be used.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal job requirements.

• Ability to work extended hours.

• Ability to climb ladders stairs scaffolding and ramps.

• Ability to stoop kneel crouch reach stand walk push pull lift grasp shovel rake and any necessary requirements to keep the area clean and safe.

• Ability to work well in high places in excess of 80 feet use man lifts and work in confined spaces.

• Ability to work outdoors rotating shifts and lift 50 pounds required.
