As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care while leading and supporting Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in delivering high‑quality nursing services. • Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to residents

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care activities

• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe care environment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing License

• CPR certification

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
