This role sits at the center of the revenue organization, shaping how sales performance is measured, understood, and improved through data-driven insight. You will design and scale the analytics ecosystem that supports forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive decision-making across global sales teams. Acting as a key bridge between Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, and GTM leadership, you will transform fragmented reporting into a unified, AI-enabled intelligence layer. The environment is fast-paced and highly cross-functional, requiring strong ownership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will play a critical role in elevating analytics maturity from descriptive reporting to predictive, AI-powered decision support. This is a high-impact position where your work directly shapes revenue strategy and operational execution. A strong AI-first mindset is essential, as modern analytics tooling is central to success in this role.
- Lead the rollout and adoption of forecasting and sales intelligence tools across the global sales organization, enabling consistent executive-level visibility into pipeline health and performance.
- Build and scale a self-service analytics ecosystem using modern BI and data platforms, replacing manual reporting processes with governed, automated solutions.
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting catalogs that support Sales Leadership, Finance, and GTM stakeholders.
- Own data governance initiatives, including KPI definitions, data dictionaries, and cross-functional alignment on metric standardization.
- Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions spanning CRM, data warehouse, and BI layers, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- Drive AI adoption within analytics workflows by identifying use cases that improve speed to insight and enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Operations teams to improve analytics adoption, training, and data literacy across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline trends, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Sigma Computing for building scalable dashboards and self-service reporting environments.
- Proven experience with Gong Forecasting, including configuration, adoption, and executive-level reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Snowflake, including querying, data modeling, and familiarity with AI-enabled capabilities.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, particularly around Opportunity objects, pipeline structure, and Opportunity Splits.
- Excellent SQL skills for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting complex datasets.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with experience applying AI tools to improve analytics workflows and decision-making.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in data governance, KPI standardization, or reporting frameworks is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern data tooling such as dbt or Fivetran is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $133,900 to $192,500 USD depending on experience and location
