Registered Nurse (RN) – Oral Surgery / Dental Implant Center
Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants
📍 Kennett Square, PA (primarily single location; occasional coverage at nearby offices)
Schedule: Full‑time, weekday hours | No nights | No hospital shifts
Who We Are
At Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, we’re a close‑knit clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a calm, well‑organized surgical environment. Our practice brings together experienced surgeons, skilled clinical staff, and compassionate professionals who value precision, teamwork, and respect—for patients and for each other.
We specialize in outpatient oral surgery, which allows us to provide high‑quality, focused patient care without the pace and unpredictability of a hospital setting. Our RNs play a vital role in the patient experience, working collaboratively in a setting where clinical expertise is recognized, communication is valued, and every team member’s contribution truly matters.
If you’re an RN who still loves patient care but is looking for a more balanced, team‑oriented environment with predictable daytime hours, you’ll find a place here where your skills are used thoughtfully and your work is genuinely appreciated.
What You’ll Do
You’ll provide direct nursing care to oral surgery patients in an outpatient surgical setting, including:
- Pre‑op patient assessments and health histories
- Medication administration and IV support
- Monitoring vital signs before, during, and after procedures
- Assisting with patient recovery and discharge
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Preparing and maintaining surgical equipment and supplies
This role is primarily based in our Kennett Square office, with limited, planned coverage at nearby locations when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- BLS required; ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience in surgical, procedural, PACU, ICU, or ambulatory settings is a plus
- Comfort with IV medications and patient monitoring
- Strong communication and patient‑focused approach
Newer RNs with relevant clinical exposure are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay + bonus potential
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with virtual care options)
- 401(k) with company match + HSA options
- Paid time off, sick time, and paid holidays
- Paid parental leave
- Uniforms/scrubs provided
- Life and disability insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, marital status, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, and protected veterans’ status.
