  • Lead hiring efforts for sales talent, ensuring alignment with company culture and performance expectations
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics standards, and operational processes across the sales organization
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within POS, payments, retail technology, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of leading both sales and marketing functions at scale
  • Experience selling into independent retail markets, with wine and liquor industry exposure considered a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of merchant services, payment processing, and related financial ecosystems preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional or national sales teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline and performance management
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong ownership and results orientation
  • High integrity, strong interpersonal influence, and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package aligned with experience and performance
  • Opportunity to lead both sales and marketing functions in a high-growth software business
  • Remote-first work flexibility across the United States
  • Performance-based incentives tied to revenue and growth outcomes
  • Strong career growth potential within a global software organization
  • Exposure to national expansion and new product launches in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Collaborative executive team environment with direct influence on company strategy
  • Opportunity to build and scale a high-impact commercial organization from the ground up
