Salary: $63,000–$68,000 base + potential quarterly bonus based on territory performance
A growing service organization is seeking a hands-on Territory Service Supervisor to lead field operations and support technicians across the Pittsburgh area.
This salaried role is ideal for someone with fast-paced, customer-facing leadership experience who can hold teams accountable, drive results, and grow a territory.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support technicians while promoting a strong, values-driven culture
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and performance standards
- Provide daily operational support, problem-solving, and end-of-day oversight
- Act as a hands-on, working supervisor as needed, including covering routes for PTO and call-offs
- Partner directly with customers to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
- Drive territory growth through improved performance, consistency, teamwork, and execution
Schedule
- Non-traditional hours; flexibility required
- Hybrid role (field + administrative support)
Compensation & Benefits
- $63,000–$68,000 base salary

- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using mobile technology
