This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Implementation Success Partner – Surgical Growth in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare transformation, enterprise implementation, and executive advisory work, focusing on large-scale perioperative deployments across complex hospital systems. You will lead high-impact implementations that span multiple service lines, facilities, and senior stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of advanced operational technology. Acting as a trusted partner to hospital executives, surgeons, and operational leaders, you will guide strategy, manage risk, and drive measurable outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and mission-driven, centered on improving healthcare delivery through AI-powered solutions. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement through post-deployment optimization. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and executive-level influence.

Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of complex perioperative solutions across multi-site, multi-service-line healthcare systems, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sale stages to define scope, validate feasibility, align expectations, and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hospital executives, perioperative leaders, surgeons, and IT stakeholders, guiding decisions on workflow design, operational strategy, and risk management.
  • Manage enterprise deployment timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product specialists, and client success partners.
  • Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks proactively while driving change management and long-term adoption of new workflows and systems.
  • Leverage dashboards and analytics tools to monitor performance, surface insights, and develop strategies that sustain product usage and ROI.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels while acting as the primary owner of assigned implementations.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, healthcare consulting, digital health, or health system operations with large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proven track record of leading complex healthcare technology deployments, including strong exposure to hospital systems and perioperative environments.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales or pre-sales teams to scope and validate enterprise solutions prior to implementation.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, perioperative workflows, and hospital performance metrics.
  • Strong familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, including architecture, integrations, and workflow implications.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using dashboards, data tools, and structured reporting to drive adoption.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities in fast-moving environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and location ($120,000–$150,000 USD base range).
  • Open Paid Time Off and paid parental leave.
  • Stock option awards as part of total compensation.
  • Wellness, technology, and professional development stipends.
  • Employee referral bonus program.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment with travel opportunities (approx. 25–50%).
  • Access to comprehensive benefits and perks supporting health, wellbeing, and career growth.
