This role sits at the intersection of healthcare transformation, enterprise implementation, and executive advisory work, focusing on large-scale perioperative deployments across complex hospital systems. You will lead high-impact implementations that span multiple service lines, facilities, and senior stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of advanced operational technology. Acting as a trusted partner to hospital executives, surgeons, and operational leaders, you will guide strategy, manage risk, and drive measurable outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and mission-driven, centered on improving healthcare delivery through AI-powered solutions. You will own the full implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement through post-deployment optimization. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and executive-level influence.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of complex perioperative solutions across multi-site, multi-service-line healthcare systems, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and value realization.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sale stages to define scope, validate feasibility, align expectations, and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hospital executives, perioperative leaders, surgeons, and IT stakeholders, guiding decisions on workflow design, operational strategy, and risk management.
- Manage enterprise deployment timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product specialists, and client success partners.
- Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks proactively while driving change management and long-term adoption of new workflows and systems.
- Leverage dashboards and analytics tools to monitor performance, surface insights, and develop strategies that sustain product usage and ROI.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels while acting as the primary owner of assigned implementations.
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, healthcare consulting, digital health, or health system operations with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Proven track record of leading complex healthcare technology deployments, including strong exposure to hospital systems and perioperative environments.
- Experience collaborating with Sales or pre-sales teams to scope and validate enterprise solutions prior to implementation.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, perioperative workflows, and hospital performance metrics.
- Strong familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, including architecture, integrations, and workflow implications.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using dashboards, data tools, and structured reporting to drive adoption.
- Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities in fast-moving environments.
