Senior Chief of Staff - REMOTE

In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership, playing a crucial part in guiding the organization towards its strategic goals. Accountabilities
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the President & CEO.
  • Drive execution of annual priorities and enterprise goals.
  • Prepare key meeting materials and communication for the CEO.
  • Coordinate Board and governance processes for effective leadership.
  • Facilitate alignment on strategy and operating priorities across executives.
  • Track cross-functional initiatives and resolve conflicts.
  • Establish strong management discipline and track performance metrics.
  • Support culture building and trust within the organization.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in executive support, strategy, or operations.
  • Bachelors degree in business management or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business judgment and experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to drive execution across teams without formal authority.
  • Experience with organizational transformation preferred.
  • Familiarity with board governance processes and expectations.
