We are looking for a dedicated Underground Wet Utilities Foreman to oversee our team and ensure the successful, safe, and high-quality delivery of our utility projects.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "get it done" attitude, we want to hear from you.Core ResponsibilitiesAs the Foreman, you will be the backbone of our field operations, managing everything from project planning to crew leadership.Team Leadership: Provide direction to the wet utilities crew, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.Project Oversight: Manage project lifecycles including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.Safety First: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to ensure everyone goes home safe.Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain top-tier workmanship.Logistics & Documentation: Manage equipment maintenance, procurement, and maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Problem Solving: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and develop solutions to minimize disruptions.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in underground wet utilities construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role.Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems; proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budgets.Compliance: Deep understanding of construction best practices and safety regulations (OSHA).Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Certifications in Construction or Safety Management are a plus.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.Ability to work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels.Why Join Us?We value leadership that inspires.
