CAC by Design is seeking reliable and motivated Countertop Installers to join our field operations team. This role focuses on the professional installation of countertops in residential kitchen and bathroom remodels. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in customers homes while delivering a clean, professional experience. This position offers steady work, hands-on training, and opportunities to grow within a structured remodeling company.

• Install residential kitchen and bathroom countertops according to company standards and specifications

• Safely load, transport, carry, and set countertops and materials (ability to lift up to 100 lbs required)

• Assist with site preparation, removal of existing countertops, and jobsite cleanup

• Work inside occupied homes while maintaining cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for homeowners

• Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners and project team members

• Follow clearly defined company systems, procedures, and installation processes

• Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks related to countertop installation when needed

• Use company-provided tools, equipment, and safety gear properly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies

• 1+ year of experience in countertop installation, remodeling, or a related skilled trade preferred

• Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering materials weighing up to 100 lbs

• Experience working in customers homes with a strong focus on professionalism and communication

• Ability to follow structured systems and standardized processes

• Basic plumbing and electrical experience is helpful but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Clean, professional appearance and good personal hygiene

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work well independently or as part of a team

• Valid drivers license preferred

• $15 $25 per hour, based on experience
