What We’re Looking For:

RuffleButts is looking for a creative, organized, and relationship-driven Influencer & Ambassador Coordinator to support our influencer marketing efforts, manage the RuffleButts Ambassador Program, and assist our Social Media Manager with content creation and photoshoots. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility and is perfect for someone who loves social media, understands creator culture, and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Ambassador Marketing

• Support and help manage the RuffleButts Ambassador Program, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing engagement
• Assist with identifying, vetting, and coordinating partnerships with social media influencers and creators
• Help track influencer deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance
• Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, usage rights, and content assets
• Collect, categorize, and disseminate ambassador content to the wider organization

Content & Social Media Support

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content planning and execution across platforms
• Assist with day-to-day content creation, including short-form video ideas, captions, and trend research
• Attend and help support social media content creation at photoshoots
• Coordinate content collection from influencers and ambassadors for organic and paid social use

Creative & Marketing Support

• Help Social Media Manager with the execution of content creation such as video or product photography
• Assist with brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
• Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across influencer and social content
• Support other marketing projects as needed, including product launches and promotions

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, & Pinterest preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with creators, influencers, and internal teams
• Creative mindset with an eye for trends, visuals, and storytelling
• Experience with content creation, photoshoots, and ambassador programs is key
• Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or children’s brands is a bonus
