Responsibilities:

• Make real-time press adjustments to achieve optimal print quality while meeting specifications and production targets.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers efficiently and accurately.
• Install and change printing plates, blankets, and rolls.
• Clean, adjust, and maintain ink fountains to ensure consistent color and quality.
• Load roll stock and properly thread material through the press
• Inspect finished and in-process products to identify defects or production issues.
• Safely handle roll stock and related materials.
• Operate industrial trucks and material-handling equipment as required.
• Accurately record production data in required logs or production systems and label finished products appropriately.
• Conduct specified quality checks and proofread web stock for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete special projects and assignments as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses.
• Continuously monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments during production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare materials, inks, and supplies prior to and during production.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Prior experience in flexographic printing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent proven experience.
• Working knowledge of production machinery, assembly line processes, and equipment operation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and job specifications.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong hands-on technical skills.
