Accountabilities:

The AVP, Partnership Success is responsible for leading enterprise-level client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of revenue cycle management solutions that meet performance, financial, and operational objectives. This includes driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic healthcare clients while aligning internal teams around client needs.

  • Own executive-level relationships with hospital and health system partners, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point
  • Drive client retention, satisfaction, and expansion through proactive partnership management
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery performance across revenue cycle management solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support strategic expansion initiatives
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance reporting, and executive presentations with clients
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capabilities across cross-functional teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial outcomes to ensure contractual and operational success
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Requirements:

This role requires extensive experience in healthcare services, revenue cycle management, or client success leadership within complex, enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, executive communication skills, and a proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare services, revenue cycle management, consulting, or client success roles
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships in healthcare or hospital systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle operations, and payer-provider dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in driving retention, expansion, and long-term client satisfaction
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred
