This role sits at the intersection of data, analytics, and user experience, supporting a healthcare-focused organization in transforming complex information into actionable insights. You will design and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards that enable teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will gather requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver intuitive reporting experiences. The position emphasizes strong collaboration, as you will build trusted relationships with internal users to ensure reporting tools meet real operational needs. You will also optimize data performance through SQL and Snowflake while ensuring data solutions are efficient and scalable. This is a highly hands-on role where analytical thinking, communication, and UX-focused design come together to improve decision-making across the organization.
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and user experience (UX).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create prototypes using wireframing tools such as Figma, and validate solutions through user testing.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Snowflake to ensure high-performance, reliable data access and reporting.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users on BI tools and reporting solutions.
- Document technical designs, reporting logic, and processes to ensure scalability and maintainability of analytics solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment between business needs and data solutions.
This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence, along with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and comfortable working independently while engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical field.
- Strong SQL skills, including complex query development, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze business problems and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Exposure to Python, healthcare analytics, or wireframing tools such as Figma is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range: $66,800 – $91,100
