You will serve as a specialized technical expert, managing independent service calls and complex electrical troubleshooting across diverse commercial environments. This role offers the unique freedom of travel and the variety of different job locations, ensuring no two workdays are the same. You will represent the front line of our operations, providing critical electrical solutions while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in commercial electrical and control systems.

• Execute high-quality electrical repairs and installations independently at various client sites.

• Manage daily service schedules and logistical tasks to ensure timely project completion.

• Maintain detailed digital documentation of service reports and site findings using provided tech tools.

• Coordinate directly with clients to explain technical solutions and ensure total service satisfaction.

• Uphold strict safety protocols and industry standards on every remote job site.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial electrical service or controls.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage service calls with minimal oversight.

• Demonstrated dependability and a clean driving record for travel-based assignments.

• Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and technical project documentation.

• Absolute willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to various project locations.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Advanced knowledge of specialized commercial control systems and automated electrical components.

• Experience utilizing digital tablets or smartphones for field reporting and communication.
