This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Banking Service Program Manager. In this role, you will lead a vital team responsible for executing various banking service programs that adhere to financial and operational goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Your strategic insights will help shape program objectives while driving improvements across processes to enhance overall performance. Accountabilities- Lead a team of project managers and coordinators through the rollout of banking service programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to define program goals and success metrics.
- Implement best practices for operational excellence in service delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution across functions.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance service performance.
- Track program performance and present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
- Champion change management for new tools and processes.
- Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience throughout project delivery.
- Bachelors degree in business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- PMP certification.
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Strong P&L management skills.
- Proven success in leading large-scale customer programs.
- Understanding of installation, deinstallations, and workforce management.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Familiarity with project/program management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
- Lean Six Sigma or related certification is a plus.
