Accountabilities- Partner with marketing to identify and test acquisition channels with the highest ROI.
- Develop frameworks to efficiently match clients with law firms based on various criteria.
- Conduct interviews with partner law firms to inform future product features.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Experience in a top consulting firm with proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive team culture.
- Demonstrated commitment to social impact and helping individuals in need.
- Experience in marketplace businesses or understanding of consumer-focused services (preferred).
