As Head of Ecosystem, you will develop and execute strategies to scale adoption, cultivate strategic partnerships, and accelerate user acquisition across the Web3 landscape. You will work closely with product, technical, and business teams to translate market needs into actionable roadmaps, while leading initiatives that position the protocol as a foundational platform in the decentralized financial ecosystem. Accountabilities:

Design, implement, and own the full ecosystem growth strategy for a foundational DeFi protocol.
Drive adoption and scaling of the protocols infrastructure by identifying, building, and managing high-impact partnerships.
Lead customer acquisition through innovative partnership models and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to translate market insights into product roadmaps and ecosystem opportunities.
Monitor performance and impact of partnerships, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Ecosystem Management, or Go-to-Market roles within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
Broad knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, with hands-on experience in EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum) and Solana.
Proven track record in driving measurable growth and delivering results through strategic partnerships.
Strong experience negotiating and managing complex partnerships, leading cross-functional initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams.
