Final Plans Reviewer at State of Missouri – Jefferson City, Missouri

Job Location: Central Office, 1617 Missouri Boulevard, Jefferson City, MO

The official work location for this position is in Jefferson City. Remote work from an approved MoDOT location may be considered.

The final plans reviewer reviews and checks final plans and final change orders submitted by the districts. Responsibilities are performed under moderate supervision.

What you'll do:

• Checks and processes final plans and final change orders submitted by the districts.
• Checks calculations performed by districts for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Verifies documentation of the construction phase of contracts.
• Ensures all necessary paperwork and documents are available to the Federal Highway Administration for reimbursement to the state.
• Answers questions and provides guidance to contractors, the districts, and other areas within the department with regard to final plans, documentation, and procedures.

Special Working Conditions:

• Job requires occasional, statewide, overnight travel.
