Accountabilities
  • Leverage expertise in instructional design, AI, and UX best practices to create world-class, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Prototype and test new learning solutions using agile methods, including design sprints and rapid iteration.
  • Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency, personalization, and scalability of content.
  • Apply UX research methods to ensure learner-centric design.
  • Champion accessibility and mobile-first formats to meet diverse learner needs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and EdTech trends to recommend appropriate applications.
  • Bridge the gap with technology teams to create seamless, user-centered learning experiences.
  • Mentor and guide peers in modern instructional design practices.
  • Conduct market and customer research to gather insights and understand learner personas.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of content usage to inform design enhancements.
Requirements
  • B.S./B.A. or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or related area that includes adult learning theory.
  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design and creating diverse learning products.
  • Proficient with e-learning authoring tools and technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience applying instructional design theories to create engaging learning solutions.
  • Effective collaboration with subject matter experts and technology teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving, design, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
