About the Role:

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests. This role ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail, menu knowledge, and a positive attitude, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, and occasional loud noise levels.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
