About This Position
The Commercial Sales Support Manager is responsible for achieving product sales, units, profit dollars, and growth objectives with a focus on the Commercial Marketplace. They ensure measurements are in place to assess impact, complete sales, and profit targets, and refine offerings. They also build strong relationships with stakeholders to communicate product and equipment strategies to ensure success. This individual possesses a strong understanding of all systems related to purchasing and procurement to provide overall direction. They also advise management on needed actions and demonstrate the company's values and competencies. Essential Functions:
- Sales management of commercial inside sales focused on the goal of reducing quote times to within 24 to 48 hours per request
- Provides expert estimating of commercial equipment such as rooftop units, ductless split systems, water source heat pumps, radiant and unit heaters and other equipment as required
- Works a hybrid schedule of remote and in-office duties as agreed upon with their supervisor
- Reviews regional standards to ensure inventory is available to satisfy minimum regional requirements
- Monitors support emails to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time
- Ensures clear communication with other departments to carry out our company’s mission effectively and to care for our customers’ needs
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Skill in using web-based tools to research products and information
- Knowledge of HVAC products, concepts, and industry as a whole preferred
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or a GED is required; a Vocational School Degree/Certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience as a Sales and/or Service Associate in HVAC or similar industry preferred
Physical Demands of the Job:
- Sitting for long periods
- Keyboarding for long periods
- Clarity of vision at approximately 20-36 inches
- Jobs site visits.
- Driving to customer locations.
