About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk professional who thrives on creating a seamless patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This isn't just about answering phones. It's about creating a calm, organized environment where patients feel taken care of and the clinical team can focus on delivering excellent care.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clinic- managing schedules, coordinating patient flow, handling documentation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Position Details
Locations: Pearl District and Multnomah Village
Schedule: Approximately 35-40 hours per week, Tuesday–Saturday
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do
- Manage scheduling and patient flow with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle check-in/check-out processes with warmth and professionalism while ensuring all documentation is complete and correct
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and the billing team
- Maintain organized systems for records, billing, and follow-up
- Solve operational problems calmly and independently as they arise
- Create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard and supported

- Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or patient-facing role (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with scheduling software, EMR systems, and standard office tools (or able to learn quickly)
