Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Mexico City to maintain and support our GPS navigation application and Geo Fence customer locations. The Operations Coordinator will update customer locations in the GPS database.

Responsibilities:

• Update road restrictions in the GPS to allow for accurate truck routing.
• Create accurate geo fences in various geo fencing tools.
• Monitor driver feedback on GPS routing to maintain accuracy.
• Create driver park location codes.
• Field questions from associates and drivers with routing issues.
• Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations.

• Advanced English skills (oral and written)
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Passionate about transportation
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and process.
