Descriptions

  • Perform graphic design services, as well as editing and coordinating designed materials.
  • Maintain visual identity and brand standards.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate video production projects, including grant recipient spotlights and animated videos.
  • Implement design, branding, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain efficient internal processes for developing, creating, disseminating, and storing graphic design and video products.
  • Ensure proficiency in applicable video and graphic design technology and applications.
  • Ensure proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ensure strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.

Position/Skill requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills typically acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in design, communications.
  • Knowledge in marketing and communications and public relations helpful.
  • Experience in developing detailed digital marketing across multiple communication channels.
  • Proficiency with website design/layout, desktop products, i.e., Adobe, Microsoft office, including SharePoint. Familiarization with website content management systems Photoshop.
  • Solid research ability and content design a plus.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving, agility and team oriented.

Preferred hours: 9am-5pm

Years of experience: 5

Education: Associate degree with three (3) years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience.

Additional Notes/Requests: Role will, primarily, be remote. Selected candidate will need to come in for fingerprinting and other business needs. Since this is a remote role, selected candidate should have demonstrated success working in remote environment. Important soft skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management, responsive and highly reliable, receptive to constructive feedback.
