This position plays a vital role in providing an exceptional patient experience and supporting the daily administrative operations of the clinic.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Dental Administrator or Receptionist

• Completion of a Dental Administration Program with valid certification (within the past 5 years)

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Tracker dental software

• Ability to read and interpret dental x-rays

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and phone systems

• Full-time, permanent position
